During my recent stay at the NH Collection Gran Hotel De Zaragoza, I was completely charmed by its beautiful architecture and prime location. The spacious room I enjoyed, complete with a Nespresso machine and stunning decor, provided a sense of comfort that made me feel right at home. One of my favourite moments was indulging in the breakfast buffet, where the array of fresh pastries and local cheeses gave us the perfect start to our day of exploring. The on-site La Ontina restaurant, run by Michelin-starred chef Enrique Martinez, was an absolute delight as we savoured creative local cuisine-eating there was a treat in itself! the staff's friendliness and professionalism added a personal touch that made us feel genuinely welcome. With its combination of elegance and comfort, I can see why this hotel is a great choice for both couples and families. I would gladly return to this gem in the heart of Zaragoza on my next trip!
